What I actually do
I build operational infrastructure for small teams: databases, automations, dashboards, and documented processes. While others optimise engagement metrics, I track which inputs actually produce revenue.
My background spans a self-built e-commerce business, creator pipeline management for a DTC brand, a 23-module Make automation for a global volunteer network, and founding a 100+ member student organisation. I translate operational problems into working systems and own the outcome, not just the task.

One Global People — Volunteer Network Infrastructure

Designed and built the complete Airtable and automation infrastructure for a global volunteer network that connects people by language, skills, and contribution area.
- 5-table Airtable base: People, Engagement, Content Access, Languages, Contributions — with linked records and AI-generated skills summaries
- 23-module Make scenario integrating WordPress (Contact Form 7) with Airtable via instant webhook trigger
- 7-language parallel router that creates or updates exactly the right language records per submission with zero duplicates
- Idempotent search-then-upsert pattern across all tables; original signup and grant dates preserved on returning users
- Delivered full schema documentation, field IDs, entity diagram, and phase 1B scaling instructions
Concept Global — Creator Pipeline

Built and operated a creator management pipeline in Airtable for a DTC brand running UGC-driven marketing. Three linked tables — Creator Pipeline, Active Projects, Content Library — tracking every creator from first discovery through to published content.
- 50+ creator evaluations tracked with automated follow-up date calculations
- Kanban active projects with overdue view flagging any stalled draft

Sheen Cosmetics — E-commerce Operations
March 2024 – Present · Self-Founded
Built and run a Korean skincare DTC business from scratch on a custom Laravel platform. Responsible for all operations from supplier coordination to analytics infrastructure and growth experimentation.
- Diagnosed 68% cart abandonment by querying session logs in SQL; identified shipping cost as primary friction point
- Ran a three-variant A/B test on delivery pricing; threshold variant won — customers added items to hit the free shipping floor
- Implemented feature flagging for controlled experiment rollouts; built referral and invitation logic in Laravel
